...COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
2 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Minor, nuissance flooding expected in the most
  vulnerable areas only.

* WHERE...In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County. In Maine,
  Coastal Cumberland and Coastal York Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 2 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roadways.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Maine and southern
New Hampshire.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Minor coastal flooding is possible around the time of high tide after
midnight tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Low relative humidity values and breezy conditions may lead to
elevated fire weather conditions Wednesday. The threat should be
limited from recent rainfall, but conditions can dry quick given the
low humidity and winds.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
