...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...East winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County. In Maine,
  Coastal Waldo, Coastal Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox
  and Coastal York Counties.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Scattered power outages are possible. Travel could be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates on this
situation. Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe
location prior to the onset of winds.

MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Maine,
southwest Maine and southern New Hampshire.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

   High Wind Watch.

Heavy rain is expected tonight into Thursday. Although widespread
flooding is not expected, poor drainage areas may see minor flooding.
In addition, strong onshore winds are expected to develop over the
Gulf of Maine. Areas near the coast may see wind gusts in excess of
50 mph at times late tonight into Thursday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
