Locally dense fog is possible this morning and will again be possible this evening and tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Rain will overspread the region late Sunday, combining with snowmelt to raise rivers and break-up thinning river ice. This will elevate the risk for ice jam flooding early next week. Another system, at the end of the week, featuring mostly rain, could enhance the threat of ice jams again. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. $$
