This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a high swim risk due to rip currents and high waves on many
northern lower Michigan beaches This evening. See the latest coastal
hazard message for additional details.

Areas of frost are possible later tonight over interior areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Tuesday and Tuesday night
across the outlook area.

There is a chance for thunderstorms on Thursday night and Friday.

EVENING...

* WHAT...High wave action, strong currents, and dangerous
  swimming conditions expected.

* WHERE...Leelanau, Antrim, Emmet, Benzie, Manistee and
  Charlevoix Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming conditions along the Lake
  Michigan shoreline.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
Please check with your local authorities on potential beach
closures.
