This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A wintry mix of precipitation will develop across northern
Michigan later this evening. Precipitation will start as snow
across northern Lower...then mix with or change to a brief period
of freezing rain and sleet before changing over to all rain.
Across eastern Upper, precipitation will fall mostly as snow
before possibly mixing with freezing rain and sleet toward
daybreak Friday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Another winter storm will impact northern Michigan Friday night
into Saturday. Greatest impacts are expected across eastern Upper
Michigan with a higher likelihood of heavy snowfall combined with
strong winds creating hazardous driving conditions. See ongoing
Winter Storm Watch for details.

Precipitation is expected to change to all snow across northern
Lower Michigan Saturday...along with gusty winds and temperatures
falling below freezing.

Heavy rainfall is expected across northern Lower Michigan Friday
through Friday night. Runoff from this rainfall into the existing
snowpack will result in rises on area streams and rivers.

Thunderstorms are possible across northern Lower Michigan Friday
and Friday night.
