* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high

This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for Southeast Michigan from 9 AM to 6
PM today with gusts up to 45 mph. See the latest Urgent Weather
Message (NPW) for additional details.

Potential exists for a line of showers and thunderstorms to move
through this afternoon; isolated large hail and damaging wind gusts
cannot be ruled out, should storms materialize.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Rain and some embedded thunderstorms arrive early Thursday, persisting
into Friday morning.
