...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 7 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Barry, Eaton, Ingham, Kalamazoo, Calhoun and Jackson
  counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower
Michigan.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Late tonight freezing rain may move into the Mount Pleasant to Big
Rapids to Harrison region.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A brief period of freezing rain is possible north of a line from
Alma to Ludington early Thursday morning. Otherwise all rain is
expected Thursday and some locations could see over an inch. Wind
gusts later Thursday into Thursday evening may reach or exceed 45
mph, mainly along and south of I-96. An isolated severe thunderstorm
is possible mainly east of Battle Creek.

Spotter activation will not be needed.
