WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
  central Michigan.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outdoors. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and
gloves.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower
Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Lake effect snow will lead to hazardous travel conditions and
areas of reduced visibilities especially near and west of US131.
Wind chills today will be in the single digits.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Lake effect snow is expected across the area through Tuesday night
with travel impacts and areas of reduced visibilities likely. The
greatest impacts are expected near and west of US131. Temps in the
single digits with wind chills of -15F or colder will lead to
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
