This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

An isolated ordinary thunderstorm is possible this morning mainly in
the Flint to Tri Cities region. Briefly heavy rainfall is possible
with this activity as it moves northeast at 20 mph.

A better chance of thunderstorms occurs during late afternoon and
tonight as a cold front moves through lower Michigan. The strongest
storms could approach severe intensity with strong wind the primary
hazard mainly between 6 PM and midnight tonight. Wind gusts around
50 mph are possible as storms move west to east at 30 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

There is a chance of thunderstorms during Tuesday morning mainly
south of I-69. These storms are not expected to reach severe


Spotter activation is not yet planned for today and tonight.
