...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Periods of light snow and light freezing drizzle or rain.
  Total ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch. Expect
  temperatures to gradually climb above freezing between 2 pm and
  4 pm.

* WHERE...Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Untreated roads will likely be slippery
  this afternoon, with dirt and gravel roads even remaining icy
  after temperatures rise slightly above freezing late today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Winter weather advisories are in effect today for a light wintry mix
of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Refer to the winter weather
messages for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A strong low pressure arriving over the weekend will bring rain and
a chance of thunderstorms Saturday night followed by strong winds for
Sunday. Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph are possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.
