A winter weather advisory is in effect late this afternoon through
midnight for 2 to 3 inches of snow.

...CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED WITH ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL THIS
EVENING...


WEATHER...

 * The next round of light to moderate snowfall moves through
   Southeast Michigan this evening with the heaviest rates along
   and south of M-59.

 * Up to an additional 1.5 inches of accumulating snow can be
   expected prior to midnight.

 * Air temperatures will range from the upper 20s along the I-69
   corridor to the lower 30s along the I-94 corridor.

IMPACTS...

 * Falling snow will produce periods of reduced visibility for
   motorists, as low as one half mile at times.

 * Slick travel conditions are expected, especially for unpaved
   and untreated roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * Slow down and use caution while traveling.
