* WHAT...Temperatures in the mid to upper 30s will result in
  frost formation.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Williams County. In Michigan, St. Joseph,
  Branch and Hillsdale Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Widespread showers and a few embedded thunderstorms are expected
Sunday through Monday. Areas of moderate to locally heavy rainfall
are likely to cause rivers, streams and creeks to rise and possibly
flood. Ditches and low lying fields may also flood.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
