This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Wind Chill Advisories are in effect for portions of central and
north-central Minnesota and the Arrowhead. Wind chills will get
colder Sunday morning and Wind Chill Warnings may be needed.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Arctic air will linger over the region though late next week.
Several periods of dangerous wind chills are expected. Additional
Wind Chill Advisories and Wind Chills Warnings will be needed.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 35 below
  zero.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
