This includes Cook, Orr, Bigfork, and International Falls. Strong northeast winds will create a high risk of rip currents today through this evening for areas near the Twin Ports, including the beaches of Duluth and Superior. A Beach Hazards Statement has been issued for these areas. Low temperatures tonight of 32 to 37 degrees with clearing skies and light winds may allow frost to develop, which may damage sensitive outdoor plants. In Wisconsin, Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Fond du Lac Band, the Grand Portage Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bad River Reservation, the Mille Lacs Band, and the Bois Forte Band.
