...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 30 to 40 below zero with air
  temperatures as cold as 20 to 30 below zero.

* WHERE...Koochiching, Cass, Itasca, Central and North St. Louis,
  and Northern Cook and Northern Lake Counties. This includes the
  Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek, Lake Vermilion
  and, Nett Lake areas. Other locations including Voyageurs National
  Park. The entire Boundary Waters is also included.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills could
  cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing
including a hat and gloves.
