...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations between
  3 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches. Areas of blowing snow will reduce
  visibility.
