Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If spending time outside, dress appropriately by covering as much exposed skin as possible. Dress in layers. Wear a face mask and warm gloves, hat, socks and boots. Take frequent breaks from being outside to warm up. If traveling make sure you have a winter survival kit. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. && $$ DJR
