This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Another bitterly cold night is expected tonight, which will
result in wind chills of 25 to 40 below zero, possibly even colder
over the Minnesota Arrowhead. Wind Chill Advisories have been
issued.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Dangerously cold wind chills will continue into Thursday morning.
Cold wind chills are expected once again Thursday night/Friday
morning.

Several chances for snow beyond Friday as clippers quickly move
across the region.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation will not be needed this afternoon or
tonight.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
  40 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, north central and northeast
  Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
