This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota and west central Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A mix of light freezing rain and snow develops by this evening
continuing through Friday morning, with light ice accumulations
up to one tenth of an inch likely. Snow accumulation tonight
should be less than 1 inch.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A stronger system may impact locations south of Interstate 94 and
US Highway 10 Friday. See the latest hazard statements for
details.

The potential for impactful winter weather looks to increase again
Tuesday through Wednesday of next week. Details remain highly
uncertain at this time, but accumulating, possibly heavy, snow and
gusty winds will be possible.

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation
  expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice
  accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. For the Winter
  Storm Watch, blizzard conditions possible. Total snow
  accumulations of 3 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of a light
  glaze possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Minnesota and
  southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
  to 7 AM CDT Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday
  morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...For the Winter Weather Advisory tonight, plan on
  slippery road conditions. For the Blizzard Watch Friday, travel
