...EXTREME COLD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 46 below possible.

* WHERE...Most of eastern North Dakota and the northwest quarter of
  Minnesota.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
