This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

There is a slight chance of a storm or two in the Minnesota
Arrowhead this evening. Occasional cloud-to-ground lightning is
the main threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong westerly winds may gust to 40 mph in the Minnesota
Arrowhead late Thursday afternoon into the evening. Winds shift to
the northwest Friday and may gust to 40 mph near the shorelines
of the North Shore. Winds this strong can push large vehicles,
particularly those traveling north, south oriented roads.

Widespread frost is forecast Saturday and Sunday morning inland
from Lake Superior. There may also be patchy frost Friday morning
and again Monday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation is not anticipated this afternoon or
tonight. Rainfall amounts from spotters and the public are
encouraged.
