This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A mixture of light snow and freezing drizzle will be possible
across the Northland tonight. The best chance will be along and
north of the Highway 2 corridor, although some patchy freezing
drizzle will be possible south of there as well. Up to an inch of
snow is possible tonight and Thursday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

There are low chances of freezing drizzle across far northern
Minnesota Friday morning.

Snow, possibly heavy, will be possible across portions of the
Northland late Sunday through Monday. An area of low pressure is
expected to lift northeast into the Upper Midwest during this time
frame. The greatest chances for heavy snow look to be over northwest
Wisconsin and bordering areas of Minnesota, whereas areas farther
north and west have a lesser chance of snow.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Snow spotters are requested to report precipitation type, and
measurements of snow or ice accumulations to the National
Weather Service. Spotters and the public can also report
precipitation type with the free M-PING smartphone app.
