...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, freezing rain Thursday
  night with ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch. For the
  Winter Storm Watch, blizzard conditions possible. Total snow
  accumulations of 5 to 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Stearns County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Thursday to
  7 AM CDT Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday
  afternoon through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.

Prepare for possible blizzard conditions. Continue to monitor the
latest forecasts for updates on this situation.
