This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Expect wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero across the region
through tonight into Wednesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Accumulating snow is looking more likely Wednesday night into
Thursday, mainly along and north of Interstate 94 where a dusting
to 2 inches could occur. This would impact the Thursday morning
commute.

...HAZARDOUS WIND CHILLS THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.Very cold wind chills of 25 below to 35 below zero are expected
through Wednesday morning across central Minnesota and western
Wisconsin. A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for much of
central Minnesota through western Wisconsin north of a line from
Montevideo and Red Wing, Minnesota to Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 10 minutes. Use caution while venturing
outdoors. Wear appropriate clothing, including a hat and gloves,
and dress in layers.
