Hazardous wind chills of 25 below to 30 degrees below zero are
expected tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Hazardous wind chills of 25 below to 30 degrees below zero are
expected Sunday morning. While some warming will occur on Sunday,
wind chills will remain very cold into Monday morning, generally
in the 15 below to 25 below zero range.

AND PARTS OF WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS MORNING...

.A wind chill advisory is in effect this morning for areas
generally along and south of Interstate 94 from Alexandria, to St
Cloud, to the Twin Cities, to Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Very cold
wind chills as low as 25 below to 30 below zero are expected.

  zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west
  central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
