THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 40 below
  zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west
  central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Wind chills ranging from 25 below to 35 below zero are expected
through Thursday morning. The cold wind chills will return again
Thursday night.
