This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Wind chills as lows as 25 to 35 degrees below zero are expected
this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Accumulating snow is expected Friday, with the best chances of
accumulations greater than an inch across eastern Minnesota &
western Wisconsin.

A stretch of well below zero wind chills will continue from
Sunday through the middle of next week.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central
  Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite
  and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
  temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
