southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Wind chills as low as -25 F are possible overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Arctic air returns by the middle of next week. Hazardous wind
chills are likely with values of -25 F or colder possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
