This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Light snow will continue into the morning commute across western
Wisconsin. Travel conditions may be slick due to the combination
of gusty winds and snow that fell overnight. Strong northwesterly
winds will combine with falling temperatures to produce wind
chills as cold as -20 today and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Air temperatures fall between -5 to -15 Thursday morning. The
winds will be lighter on Thursday, which will limit wind chills
from falling towards extreme cold headline criteria. Temperatures
rebound heading into the weekend and will be accompanied by the
arrival of wintry precipitation Friday night into Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
