There is an Enhanced Risk of severe thunderstorms (level 3 of 5) across south central and southeast Minnesota into west central Wisconsin, and a Slight Risk (level 2 of 5) extending from southwest Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin. Damaging wind gusts is the main threat, but a few tornadoes and some large hail are also possible. Heavy rainfall is likely Tuesday afternoon and evening and totals may exceed 2 or 3 inches. A Flood Watch for the potential for Flash Flooding is in effect for the eastern half of Minnesota and far western Wisconsin. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Heavy rainfall today will lead to rises on rivers and their tributaries through the end of the week, with some river flooding possible during Memorial Day weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
