Strong easterly winds are expected today into this evening. Sustained speeds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph can be expected over much of the Minnesota portion of our coverage area with the highest speeds over western and southern Minnesota. Soaking rains through tonight could lead to areas of ponding water in fields and low-lying areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Continued soaking rains Tuesday through Wednesday could lead to areas of ponding water in fields and low-lying areas.
