This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Today snow will lead to slick roads, with around 3 inches expected
along the IA/MN border and lesser amounts north. Late tonight,
wind chill values are expected to drop to around 20 below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Wind chill values of 20 below to 30 below zero during the early
morning hours Sunday through Wednesday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
