* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and
  southeast Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Minnesota...east central Minnesota...south central Minnesota...
southeast Minnesota...northwest Wisconsin and west central
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Areas of dense fog are expected this morning.

A few thunderstorms may develop this afternoon south of a line
from Fairmont to Eau Claire. While severe weather is not expected,
some storms could contain small hail and gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A strong cold front will push across the area Friday. A line of
strong or severe thunderstorms will develop along it across
eastern Minnesota late Friday afternoon and track into Wisconsin
by early evening.

SKYWARN spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
