This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Snow has developed this afternoon and will continue into this
evening. Accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected across
eastern Minnesota and Wisconsin. A few higher totals are possible
from parts of far southern Minnesota to central Wisconsin as snow
persists there into the overnight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A stretch of dangerously cold wind chills, with values frequently
falling between 25 and 45 degrees below zero, is expected during
the overnight and morning hours Sunday night through Wednesday.

...SNOW DEVELOPS THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUES INTO TONIGHT WITH THE
EVENING COMMUTE LIKELY TO BE IMPACTED...

.Snow is beginning to develop early this afternoon over central
Minnesota, and will spread into eastern Minnesota and western
Wisconsin throughout the afternoon and evening. The snow could be
heavy at times during the evening commute. Snow will end across east
central Minnesota this evening, but will likely persist in a narrow
band through much of the night from portions of southern Minnesota
northeast towards Eau Claire. Total accumulations around 2 to 3
inches are likely, except under that band that continues into early
Saturday morning where a few higher totals are possible.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
