* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills of 25
  to 35 below zero. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold
  wind chills of 35 to 40 below zero.

* WHERE...Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha, and Winona
  Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this
  evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 9
  AM CST Tuesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 AM to
  noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
