This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through late evening.

Periods of snow, heavy at times, can be expected through the
evening hours, with total accumulation of 2 to 5 inches. Some
localized higher amounts are possible.

If not already snow-covered, roads will become quite slippery
through this evening, resulting in hazardous travel, including
during the evening commute.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Quite cold temperatures will return for midweek, with lows
dropping below zero Tuesday and Wednesday nights along with bitter
cold wind chills.
