This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Minnesota and west central
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect.

Freezing drizzle will give way to snow with light accumulations
expected. In addition, temperatures will drop quickly this afternoon
so there could be some freezing on area roads. This could impact
drivers and travel.

Cold air will spread across the area tonight with wind chills of
10 to 20 below zero possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Wind chills of 10 to 20 below zero are expected again Tuesday
night into Thursday morning.

Reports of snow and ice accumulations would be appreciated.
