Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

No hazardous conditions are expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected Tuesday night into
Wednesday morning. These winds will likely create some blowing and
drifting snow conditions.

Wind chills of 15 to 35 below zero are expected from Wednesday
morning into Friday morning.
