...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TUESDAY NIGHT TO 9
PM CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  10 inches. Locally higher amounts will be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central,
  north central, northeast, northwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...From midnight Tuesday Night to 9 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  are expected to impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Consider delaying travel if you can. If you must travel, keep an
extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an
emergency.
