west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

 Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight.
 Severe weather is not anticipated although a few strong storms will
 be possible. Additional rainfall will aggravate flooding along area
 rivers, creeks and streams.
