This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Wind chill values will drop to negative to single digits across
northern Missouri this morning. Temperatures will recover quickly
this morning with highs in the 20s to lower 30s. Snow will begin to
make its way into the area after midnight from the west, which will
start a long string of days with snow and rain in the forecast.

More detailed information can be accessed at...

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Winter weather will dominate the first few days as a system stalls
over the area. Precipitation will start out as all snow and then
eventually transition to a rain and snow mix by the mid afternoon
over areas south of HWY 36. This rain and snow mix is likely to
continue through Thursday morning before finally transitioning to all
rain through sunset. Thursday evening through Friday expect all
light snow to continue. Overall the area will get 1 to 5" with the
higher totals north of the Missouri River as they will get less rain.
Things look dry through the weekend with a gradual warm up into the
40s and 50s by Monday.
