This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Northwest winds gusting to 25 to 30 mph are expected throughout the
day. Winds are expected to gradually relax tonight. Wind chill values
are expected to fall below zero this evening, and remain below zero
through Thursday morning. The coldest wind chills of 15 to 20 below
are expected along and north of highway 36.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Sub zero wind chills are expected Friday morning along and north of
I-70.
