This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Increased convective snowfall overnight has created accumlations of
1-4 inches of snow across the region, some locally higher amounts
are possible across NE MO. Heavy wet snow is creating slick
conditions and hazardous travel. Precipitation is expected to exit
the region through the morning into the early afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

 There is a chance of snow Friday morning. Accumulations are
expected to be less than an inch. Breezy north winds gusting up to 25
mph are expected Friday.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Wet snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to two
  inches. Highest accumulations are anticipated across North
  Central and Northeast MO. Some isolated 4+ inch accumulations
  are possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and
  central, north central and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and reduced
  visibilities. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning
  commute.
