This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Widely scattered thunderstorm will be possible through mid-
 morning...these storms will not be severe.

 A second round of storms will affect the area tonight...these storms
 may be severe with damaging winds and large hail the main threats
 however an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. In addition to the
 severe weather, heavy rainfall will be possible with these storms
 with 1 to locally 3 inches of rain. This may lead to localized flash
 flooding and minor river flooding.
