This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather conditions will persist through the
afternoon into the early evening hours. Humidity levels in the 20s
and 30s with wind gusts of 15 to 25 mph will continue through the
early evening.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms(30-55%) will be possible
Wednesday night through Saturday.

A stronger system will move into the area on Sunday and will bring
the potential of severe storms to the region(15%).


.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
