This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited lightning risk.
  Limited excessive heat risk.


Isolated thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon east of a
Lake of the Ozarks to West Plains line. Additional storms will be
possible late tonight over southeast Kansas into far southwest
Missouri. No severe weather is expected.

Although temperatures are in the 80s...heat indices this afternoon
will climb into the middle to even upper 90s in some areas this

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Isolated non severe storms will be possible over southern
Missouri Friday...with some stronger storms possible north of
Highway 54 Saturday.


  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
