This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited snow risk.
  Limited excessive cold risk.


 Lingering light snow and flurries are possible over extreme
 southeast Kansas into portions of southwest Missouri until
 around sunrise this morning. An additional dusting of snow is
 possible, mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. Road
 temperatures in the low to mid 30s will generally keep roadways
 clear, though isolated slick spots north of interstate 44 cannot
 be ruled out.

 Wind chills tonight will be in the teens to upper single digits.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

  Periods of moderate to heavy rain are possible from Saturday
  night into Monday morning. The current forecast is for an inch
  to inch and a quarter of rain with this system which may cause
  some minor flooding to develop.


  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
