Behind the cold front that pushed through this morning and early afternoon, northwesterly wind gusts between 25 to 35 mph have been observed. These winds are expected to decrease after sunset. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Elevated fire weather conditions will occur along and north of I-44 Thursday, but recent rainfall should limit concerns. The next chance of precipitation comes Sunday.
