Weather hazards expected... Elevated lightning risk. Elevated excessive rainfall risk Limited Fog risk. DISCUSSION... Showers and non severe thunderstorms continue across the area through this evening. There is the potential for localized heavy rainfall and flooding over southern Missouri, generally along the Missouri and Arkansas border. Areas of dense fog possible across southeast Kansas into west central and southwest Missouri late tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities as low a quarter mile or less at times. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Strong to severe thunderstorms likely late Monday evening into Tuesday morning. The primary risk is for damaging wind gusts up to 80 mph. An additional risk for a few short lived tornadoes and quarter sized hail.
