This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited flooding risk.
  Limited lightning risk.
  Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.


Showers and isolated thunderstorms will across southeast Kansas
and the Missouri Ozarks this evening and overnight. Area creeks
and rivers may slowly rise overnight with a risk for isolated
flooding, mainly west of Highway 65.

Gusty southeast winds are expected through the overnight period
with wind gusts up to 35 mph possible at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Rain will continue Thursday through Friday with a continued risk
of localized flooding across southern Missouri.

Gusty north winds of 30 to 45 mph are likely Thursday.

Patchy frost will be possible Monday morning across the eastern


  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
