This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited hail risk.
  Limited thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Elevated lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

A cold front will continue to push southeast across the eastern
Ozarks into the overnight hours. Scattered showers and storms will
continue to develop along the front into the early overnight
hours. A few strong storms with hail up to the size of quarters
and gusty winds will remain possible with these storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thunderstorm chances will continue Wednesday into Thursday
bringing additional rounds of severe weather. Damaging winds will
be the main threat with these storms, but large hail, a spinup
tornado or two, and flooding are secondary threats.

Daily 30-50% chances for showers and thunderstorms exist through
Memorial Day Weekend.
