This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southeast
Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, central Mississippi, and south
central Mississippi.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

TIMING...Today through Tonight

Isolated severe thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon with
a threat for damaging winds and quarter size hail. Another round
of severe thunderstorms will be possible late tonight into early
Thursday ahead of a cold front. The main threats with this will be
damaging winds up to 60 mph and quarter size hail. The main area
of concern for the overnight storms will be along and north of


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Severe thunderstorms are possible within the region on Sunday.
Damaging winds, hail and tornadoes will all be possible. This
potential weather event is still several days away and the timing
and impacts will likely be adjusted in later forecasts.


The activation of storm spotters, HAM radio operators, and
emergency management personnel in support of severe weather
operations may be needed for portions of the region Sunday and
today through tonight.
